This is an excellent location! The property is clean, quiet, and downtown in walking distance or easy to reach with the bus. Highly recommended! - We had a great time! WiFi worked properly. Supermarket in walking disance. Restaurants etc. also nearby. Information is provided by owner .

We (family, 5 persons) have had a wonderful time in Florence in springtime. The Apartment is amazing - rooms great enough, a modern and clean accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a balcony all around - with sunshine in early springtime. We were allowed to use a save parkingplace for our car. Bacery, supermarket aso in the near, the inner city only an few minutes by feet. Roberto received us with kindness and was very helpfull. Thanks to him! Its was the perfect place for our stay in Florence!

Ciao! Diese Wohnung mit dem hilfsbereiten und freundlichem Ehepaar Mauri ist ein Glücksfall. Wir haben eine Woche das Auto stehen lassen können, da direkt vor der ruhigen und doch zentralen Wohnung die Linie 6 abfuhr (5min in die Stadt-7Tagesticket-18€/Person). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Pizzerien in der nächsten Querstrasse. Es war schön, für die Stadt sich Zeit lassen zu können, und einen doch in der Nähe ruhigen Anlaufpunkt zu haben.Wir fühlten uns in dieser Top ausgerüsteten und neuwertigen Wohnung wie zu Hause. Der große rund um die Wohnung verlaufende Balkon ist super. Auf der großen Terrasse (ca.40qm) haben wir unsere italienische Abende ausklingen lassen. Florenz immer wieder - aber nur bei Ehepaar Mauri!

Stayed at this apartment for a week in August/September 2011. Apartment was just finished before we arrived. Very modern and beautifully designed.We were its first occupents. Landlords were very nice and made us feel at home the minute we arrived. Would recommend this location to anyone travelling to Firenze. Cant wait to return in the future.

The apartment was great. It was very beautiful and well maintained and modern. The moment we arrived we were greeted by a wonderful warm Roberto who made us feel right at home. He was very helpful in orienting us to the area. The rooms were all very comfortable and had it not been very hot outside, we would have enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful terrace. The bus to the center of Florance is literally right on the street and takes about 8 minutes to get there. We would go in early, spend all morning sight seeing / museums, have lunch, return for a afternoon break to avoid the worst of the heat (good AC in the apartment) and then bus back for more and then dinner. It was very convenient for us. We chose this place because it allowed us to park a car and was still very close to the action. In addition, it was very reasonable for the rate. We would absolutely return to stay here if we head to Florance again.

Der Aufenthalt in Robertos ruhigem Appartement ist besonders zu empfehlen (und nicht nur wegen der Nähe zum historischen Zentrum, ca. 20 Min. Fußweg). Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause, denn insbesondere die Bettdecken entsprachen den deutschen Gewohnheiten, also keine Wolldecken mit Bettlaken (italienisch). Das Mobiliar ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Küche perfekt ausgerüstet. Schade, dass wir die große und schöne Terrasse sowie den Balkon wegen der starken Regenfälle nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten. Der stets freundliche Roberto stand uns bei Bedarf immer hilfreich zur Seite. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Roberto and his wife did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome in Florence. The apartment was very clean and felt homey. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment needed to make a meal. We traveled with our 3 children and they each had their own bed. The bus stop is right at the gate and many things are within walking distance (if you don't mind walking a ways.) Thank you, again, for making us feel so welcome.
